The purpose of membership is to enjoy and obey the holistic plan that God has for every Christian believer.
God has called every believer to be a "member of the household of God," (Ephesians 2:19) to receive regular soul care (Hebrews 13:17), to be equipped to apply God's word to everyday contexts (Matthew 28:20), and to mature to the point of serving more than we are served (Acts 20:35). Also, in order to better "maintain the unity" of
the church (Ephesians 4:3), every believer should explore the practices and
doctrines of any local church before joining it.So, we encourage all of our visitors and newcomers to take our membership course to explore these areas and prayerfully come to their own decision about membership.
You can see below for a compilation of sermons that highlight some of our distinctive beliefs. The course itself is informative and does not obligate you to become an official member of NCA. Please feel free to direct any questions to one of our pastors.
